Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Conecme, a marketing service operated by Jellis Enterprise LLC ("we", "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit this website or ask for a free case review. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code and state, and details about your accident, injuries and treatment.
• Consent records: the consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address and browser details.
• Session recordings: we use services such as ActiveProspect TrustedForm to record how this form was completed (for example, the pages viewed and fields filled in) so we and our Legal Partners can prove your consent.
• Device and usage data: cookies, pixels and similar tools record pages visited, the ad or link that brought you here and your general location.

How we use your information

• To review your request and connect you with an attorney or law firm who may be able to help.
• To contact you by phone, text message and email about your request, as you agreed when you submitted the form.
• To prevent fraud, keep records of consent, meet legal obligations and improve our advertising.

How we share your information

• With Legal Partners. The details you submit are shared with the participating attorney or law firm shown on the page, or with another attorney from our Legal Partners who serves your area. Those firms pay us for advertising, which may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state laws. Each firm handles your information under its own privacy policy.
• With service providers who host this site, deliver messages, verify consent or run analytics for us.
• When required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Calls and text messages

By submitting a form you agreed to be contacted as described in the consent wording next to the button. Consent is not a condition of hiring any attorney. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising. California residents may also limit the use of sensitive personal information.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: email privacy@jellisenterprise.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" and the phone number or email you used. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals where required. An authorized agent may make a request for you. We will verify your request and will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and consent-record requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Children

This website is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
